GST was introduced in 2017. It is the biggest reform in the history of Indian Government. GST is an indirect tax which comprises of the following Act.

1. Centralized Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017;
2. Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017
3. Relevant State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017
4. Relevant Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017

GST applies for all the goods except crude petroleum, diesel, motor spirit and natural gas.
